Gold Coast City Council's Surfers Paradise Foreshore Redevelopment was completed in April 2011.

The $25 million rejuvenation covers the area of foreshore from Laycock Street to View Avenue, with the exception of the area in front of the Soul development that was funded and carried out by the development’s owner, Juniper.
